Buttons

Buttons is our brand new feature that allows you to create and manage your own interactive buttons, providing engaging quick links to internal or external apps to you and your staff. 

Bookmark pages

You can bookmark any page within your intranet, and access it within your personal Bookmarks menu.

Search improvements

Search suggestions will now appear dynamically when you start typing queries into the global search bar.

Design panel

Our Design panel now offers a selection of fonts to apply across the system. 

Push notification support

Users can receive push notifications directly on their smartphone whenever a new in-system message appears. (Please note: an update to the mobile app is required).

Gravatar profile image

Gravatar can now be used to show profile images for users that do not have one set.

InfoCapture

Status colours can now be displayed in cleaner "label" format rather than the entire row.

The Infocapture Dashboard component can now show values based on dropdown fields, in addition to Status and Status Group.

Countdown Pages component

Create your own countdown timer to promote key events using our new Countdown Pages component.

HR Tool

We’ve put in place a new Data Retention panel so you can manage the deletion of past employees’ HR records

Weather Pages component

Our Weather component is now powered by DarkSky API in place of Yahoo, which includes predictive location input.

Rich-text editor

Our rich-text editor now includes additional built-in styling options, including the ability to add alert, button, and table styles.
