We will provide an overview of all available notifications from the Learning application.
Templates for each language can be viewed and edited from Admin > System > Localisation > Edit templates > Learning
Notification not sending?
Remember: The type of notification received by users, e.g. email, in-system, none, etc will depend on their preferences as outlined here.
If a notification is not evident, check that the recipient's preferences are set to receive this as they would expect first.
learning.certificate_expiration
This notification will fire in line with the values set by application administrators on the admin side of Learning. The recipients will be those with certificates that are applicable.
learning.certificate_notify
This notification will fire if the option shown below is chosen by the administrator adding a certificate manually for a user.
The recipient is the user involved.
learning.path_moderator
Users with the 'receive admin notifications' permissions will be notified when users enrol on the Learning Path.
learning.path_participant
This notification will be sent to users when they complete a Learning Path.
learning.record_notify
This notification will fire if the option shown below is chosen by the administrator adding a new training record manually to one user or multiple.
Users involved will receive the notification.
