We have just launched the Knowledge Base Application eLearning course, covering its configuration as well as the Questions area.

In this course we cover:

1- Setting up categories and sub-categories

2- Creating articles and permissions

3- The Questions area

As always, this course is aimed at existing admins who may want to brush up their knowledge and also give a good foundation for any new admins. We hope you find it helpful!
