We will provide an overview of all available notifications from the Learning application.
Templates for each language can be viewed and edited from Admin > System > Localisation > Edit templates > elearning (LMS)
Notification not sending?
Remember: The type of notification received by users, e.g. email, in-system, none, etc will depend on their preferences as outlined here.
If a notification is not evident, check that the recipient's preferences are set to receive this as they would expect first.
lms.course-congratulation
This notification will be sent to users when they obtain Course completion.
lms.course_completed
This will be sent to those with the 'receive notification upon Course completion' permission each time someone completes the Course.

Course creators can choose to send a one-off notification when a Course is made live:

lms.course_reminder_complete
Course administrators can send a one-off reminder from the audit tab to all users included in its permissions.
The template they receive will be either a reminder to enrol (if not enrolled) or a reminder to complete the course (if enrolled)
lms.course_validity
This notification will be sent to all users whose previous completion was reset by the course validity applied by administrators.
lms.module_reminder
A reminder set to users enrolled on a course with modules not completed every x days.
Can be applied per module by administrators.
lms.module_validity
This notification will be sent to all users whose previous completion was reset by the validity value applied to modules by administrators.
