Discover Support Portal Relaunch

The Discover support portal has been available to customers since 2005. We believe this has been a huge benefit to customers, offering both resources such as user guides and forum posts, and a channel to submit and track tickets.

Now, 7 years on, we have decided it is time for an update! We have now relaunched Discover on the latest platform, providing customers with a simplified ticketing system and more up to date resources.

Welcome to the brand new Discover Support Portal. We hope you enjoy looking around, and appreciate any feedback you may have!

Access to the previous Discover support portal is still available. New tickets should be created here, but existing ones can be updated on the old system.
