Who's out is an area and page component linked to the Holiday Planner.
This will display who is out of the office that day so users can see this at a glance.
The users shown will only be those a person has permission to see by the 'My team' definition. e.g. users in the same holiday group as them or those across groups with the same manager set.
Who's out area
On the front end of Holiday Planner (Applications > Holiday Planner), the Who's out area will display any users currently marked as absent that the user has permissions to see.
Users can check this area to see who is out if the page component has not been placed somewhere.
Who's out page component
The page component works well on a homepage or departmental page so users can quickly reference who is out.
As well as only showing a user people they have permissions to see through the 'My team' definition, the selection can be pared down further to just a People role or group if necessary.
The settings allow administrators to control which day types will pull through so certain ones can be hidden if preferred.
The label and text colour will display as configured for each day type.
