This guide will cover the admin side and front end of the Quiz application.
Admin side
An application administrator of Quiz can access the admin side (Applications > Admin > Quiz)
There is only one tab which holds the admin permissions:

Enter Users/Roles/Groups and assign the permissions as required:
- View all statistics: User(s) can view the reports (score, pass/fail ratio, etc.) of each quiz from the front end.
- Manage own quizzes: User(s) can add, edit & delete quizzes they created
- Manage all quizzes: User(s) can add, edit & delete all quizzes that have been created
Please note: These are permissions to administer Quizzes. Permissions for users to take the Quizzes are set when each is created, as outlined here.
The front-end
Access
The Quiz application can be opened by users in 2 ways:
1. From the Learning landing page

2. From the application list

Additionally Quizzes can be used as modules in Courses.
Users can open specific Quizzes from the courses to take them, rather than needing to go to the application directly.

Landing page
When opening the Quiz application from the Learning area or the application menu, the user will be shown the landing page.

- Browsing Quizzes
Users can browse all quizzes for which they have permissions.
A list of quizzes is in the middle of the page with a search field above.
On the right are categories to filter by based on completion status.
- Taking Quizzes
Clicking into a Quiz from the landing page, users can take this to pass/fail based on the settings configured by the Quiz creator.

- Create a new Quiz
Users with permissions to create Quizzes will see the cross icon.

- 3 dot menu
Under the 3-dot menu are more options.
Any user with the permission to view statistics will see this area.
The Quiz admin side shortcut will only appear to those with application administrator rights.

- Statistics
Users with the permission to view this area under the 3 dots can see data on overall Quiz completion for those in existence

When in a quiz, users with permissions can see the data breakdown for that Quiz in particular
