Templates for each language can be viewed and edited from Admin > System > Localisation > Edit templates > Holiday Planner
Notification not sending?
Remember: The type of notification received by users, e.g. email, in-system, none, etc will depend on their preferences as outlined here.
If a notification is not evident, check that the recipient's preferences are correct to receive this as they would expect first.

This is a legacy template and will be removed in a future product.
holidays.hpnotifier.new
This notification will fire when a new holiday is booked by the user themselves or a manager/substitute on their behalf.
The recipient is the user.
holidays.request.cancel_canceled
This notification will fire when a cancellation for a booking (that required approval) is denied by a manager/substitute.
The recipient is the user.
holidays.request.canceled
This notification will fire when a cancellation for a booking (that required approval to make) is accepted by a manager/substitute.

holidays.request.declined
A booking request sent for approval by a user has been denied by the manager/substitute.
The recipient is the user.
holidays.request.updated
The user made changes to an established booking.

This notification will fire when a booking request sent by a user is approved by the manager/substitute.

This notification will fire when a booking is created by a user (and does not require approval, so is automatically accepted)
