Managers, substitute managers or those with 'permission to run reports' can access the Reports area in Holiday planner.
This guide details the reports available and how to run them.

Navigate to Applications > Holiday Planner > 3 dot menu > Reports

On the next screen, the available reports will be listed.
The Bradford factor is unique in that it has to be enabled first to appear here, as detailed in this guide.

Reports available
All the reports can be run in the same way.
1. Review the filters available and set them as appropriate for the information you want to see
2. Click 'View' to run the report
3. Review the data on screen
4. Consider downloading the data to a CSV for easier/further analysis
Users' day-type report: Produces a count of day types across users within a timeframe

Users' holiday report: Get an overview of users' quota usage, days remaining, requests pending, etc

Holiday reports by days: See how many of each day type have been booked in a certain period across users in a group can be grouped together in weeks, months etc

Holiday reports by groups: View a count of the included day types taken between holiday groups. Requires you to be a manager.substitute/permission to run a report on more than one group to be beneficial.

Bradford Factor: Needs to be enabled by an administrator first to appear. Gives users a score that determines if their absences are excessive or not.
Holiday requests report: Generate a list of all bookings created across the groups you have permissions for.
