This integration helps you build better processes and improves your overall automation experience. Some initial use cases include:

• Project Updates. Keep your teams informed when new tickets are created with Slack notifications. E.g. a new ticket within your project “Interesting Ideas” will generate a message within the relevant Slack channel “#continuous-improvement”.

• Team Notifications. Ensure updates reach the right people at the right time by filtering messages based on ticket type. E.g. any new ticket with “HR” in the “Ticket Type” field will generate a message directly to that team in “#human-resources”.

• Channel Notifications. Tag specific Slack channels within Infocapture to send ticket details to your teams quickly. E.g. if you write “#support “Hello support team, any ideas about this ticket?” in the ticket section “Notes” the message will appear within the Slack support channel.
