We will provide an overview of available Blog notifications.
Notifications are attached to Blog permissions. Users will only receive notifications if they have permission to view the blog channel.

Templates for each language can be viewed and edited from Admin > System > Localisation > Edit templates > System
Notification not sending?
Remember: The type of notification received by users e.g. email, in-system, none etc will depend on their preferences as outlined here.
If a notification is not evident, check that the recipient's preferences are correct to receive this how they would expect.
What notifications can Blog send and who will receive these?
This notification will fire when a new blog post has been submitted for approval (by a user who does not have 'Publish' rights) and the recipient will be the users with the 'Approve Others' permission.
This notification will fire when a new blog post has been published to a channel and the recipient is subscribed to the channel.
If a user is not subscribed, they will not receive this notification when new posts are added even if they can 'View' the channel.
This notification will fire when a blog post has been edited and the recipient is subscribed to the channel the post is in.
If a user is not subscribed, they will not receive this notification when new posts are edited even if they can 'View' the channel.
This notification will fire when a blog post submitted for approval has been published, the recipient is the user that submitted the post for approval (as they are not able to publish themselves)
