When attaching file in comments or Discuss you may be getting the following warning:
Could not upload file: For security reasons, that type of files cannot be uploaded
This is a security measure within Claromentis to protect malicious files to be uploaded on the system that can compromise your system security.
The following type of files in general are permitted:
- Text files (csv, txt ...)
- Images (jpg, png, gif ...)
- Documents (pdf, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Media (mp3, avi, wav ..)
If you have specific file type you wish to be added to the "safe-list", please submit a Change Request and one of our team members will be able to assist.
