I am reaching out regarding a current pain point we are having with our Claromentis search engine. When a search is performed, it oftentimes doesn’t pull back relevant results, nor are the results organized from most recent to oldest.
As you know there is not an option to filter or sort by date either. We have reached out to Claromentis support and were told that in order to make searching better, we would need to add more meta data (tags) to material that is in Claromentis. As you can imagine, this is a daunting task, especially as there is no reporting to provide us what the top searches are.
Are you aware of this being a pain point for other organizations? How are they getting around it? Also, is there anything on the roadmap to make this better?
