Make People - Contact List "Other's contacts" directly linkable for use in menu or widget

Hi,
Could you make the People - Contact List feature, "Other's contacts" directly linkable for use in a menu or widget?
This would be especially helpful with our department level contacts, meaning for phone numbers not assigned to one person, like for Department main (HR, Helpdesk, etc.), rotating after hours/emergency and conference room numbers.
Currently, the steps needed to view Contacts > Other's contacts requires navigating to the Contact list page, and then checking "Other's contacts", then clicking the button "Filter Contacts", and there isn't a way to add this list to a menu for quick access.
Perhaps it would be more appropriate to make available a third option available like "Global Contacts" and make that option linkable?
