When working with large numbers of tickets it would be really helpful to see more/different information at the top of the ticket
it would be good to have the ability to add/edit the details shown in the top section of an infocapture ticket, so along with the ID, Submitted by, and created/modified dates, and tailor this information to the needs and requirements of those using the tickets.
