Active Links in PDF Knowledge Base Articles

We've noticed that once you select the PDF version of a Knowledge Base article, it strips out all the active links. Generally, we use PDFs to disseminate or save information and removing the links removes a lot of value.
Also, when you save anything from Knowledge Base to PDF, the file name it automatically saves to is simply "knowledgebase_237" e.g. without reference to the document name. Most sites will provide at least a portion of the title and date in the saved document.
