Our Product Owners will review your ideas monthly and you will be notified on any changes made to the status of your ideas. We will let you know personally once your idea has been scheduled.
Make sure you also vote on ideas that you want to see in the product, as we will take this into account when deciding on what ideas to implement.
If you have an immediate need for a feature please submit a Change Request instead.
Suggested new content: tick-box with "terms and conditions"
General
We want to publish documents to the extranet that are confidential and shall not be shared outside the organisation or partners organisation.
For this, we would like a functionality where you can add a terms and condition for a page or a document, where the user have to tick off that they have read and agree to the terms. It should then be recorded who have ticked this off.
We may use the policies as a workaround for now, however, technically the user can access the document without ticking off the box in the policy.
So having this tick-box, which then would prompt a button or something similar with access to the document in question would be highly valuable.
