Our intranet customisation process
At Claromentis, we recognise that different customers have different needs, and so we tailor our custom development process to achieve the best outcome. However, we always follow a set of best practices for each intranet customisation project - here’s a general overview of what happens:
- 1: A customer has an intranet idea and opens a Change Request on Discover.
- 2: Our development team reviews the Change Request and starts estimating the work involved.
- 3: Our team provides a broad estimate on pricing and collaborates with the customer to establish requirements.
- 4: We set up a call with the customer to finalise requirements, present a prototype, and plan the project.
- 5: We send a final quote and any documentation or prototypes to the customer for sign-off.
- 6: Our teams start development and testing
- 7: We present the initial intranet customisation to the customer to get feedback.
- 8: Our team installs the custom work on the customer’s staging intranet, so that they can test the functionality and provide any further feedback.
- 9: Once approved, we install the custom work on the customer’s live intranet - their intranet idea is now reality!
