Overview

This is a very simple form which allows you to record activities of an Agile retrospective meeting. You can also record the overall score of the last sprint and then report on this score, tracking overall trends. This form can also be used as evidence of your continual improvement activities as part of ISO9001 compliance.

Additional features

Team list settings: It is possible to make changes to the team list, depending on your requirements via the Infocapture admin, by checking out the form and editing the 'Team' field.
