Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up every Idea and not every Idea will receive a reply.
Make sure you also vote on Ideas that you want to see in the product, as we will take this into account when deciding on which ideas to implement.

Extend the number of options for ordering a people list
People
In a People list I am only offered 3 options for ordering.
Alphabetically, Start Date or Random.
I would like this to be extended so that I can choose another field. This will enable us to sort our People in order of seniority by using a custom field or one synchronized from Azure AD/ Entra.
I want our CEO to be first on the list but unfortunately they are not the longest serving employee nor are they the first alphabetically.
