"Check out" entire Infocapture Projects to be able to edit in isolation of Live

Molex: We sometimes have requirements to make changes to Infocapture projects that go beyond simple form changes. It might be new or amended fields yes, but could also equally consist of multi-part amendments across Statuses, Workflow, Field Condition Sets & Triggers, SLA's, Notifications, and more.
With forms currently being used in a live environment this is really hard to manage because any edits you make to say, Field Condition Sets or Workflow, are active immediately after you save the changes. This can cause huge issues if users are still using that Form and they then get "weird" issues (they won't know you as admin are doing anything behind the scenes).
The work-around for this is currently to export the whole IC project, create a new IC project (MyForm v2 or some similar), then re-import the project to that. Then work on it to make your changes across all parts of the IC project, and then migrate users/update links to the new form when it is finished.
It would be nice if I could "check out" an entire IC project to work on it -- with the live version of the form continuing to function exactly as per the configuration as at the time it was checked out -- but with you as an Admin, free to make all the changes, taking as much time as you need to, and importantly then being able to test the new form, before making it live again and "replacing" the previous version.
