Please feel free to submit new product enhancement ideas. Our Product Owners will review your ideas periodically and let you know personally if your Idea has been scheduled for development.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up every Idea and not every Idea will receive a reply.
Make sure you also vote on Ideas that you want to see in the product, as we will take this into account when deciding on which ideas to implement.

Call All Articles Nested in a Parent Category of Knowledge Base
Knowledge Base
Many categories in a knowledge base will have additional nested categories. While we can link to the parent category and send users to the knowledge base application to see that entire section, we cannot use the parent category to call all nested categories/articles within it to a page.
Example of this in use:
BRAND STANDARDS PAGE
"Brand Standard" is a nested category within "Marketing."
Withing "Marketing" there are many more nested categories to cover the expansive details, like "Color," Typography," "Voice," etc.
I'd like to save time and pull the entire "Brand Standards" group. This would prevent errors that may occur from missing a category.
