Ability to sort Document Folders

I would like to see the ability to sort Document folder by newest to oldest or by created date in a desc order.
Example,
if you added a document folder by Date with current sort order, the newest folder would display at the bottom of the list.
forcing the user to scroll to the bottom to get current days information. I have a situation where I need current days information at the top of the folder list.
