Add functionality to download a single pdf file containing all files uploaded to a form that includes a copy of the completed form. Download function available from ticket system when user becomes ticket handler.
Add functionality to label top right of form copy with ticket number/id when downloading.
Add functionality to bulk download these single pdf files that contain files uploaded to form from the ticket system by selecting multiple tickets.
