Add a "time spent" field to Training Records

I've realised it's possible to add a field to training records in the metadata admin panel, which resolves my specific problem, however I still think a time field would be useful as a default***
For people with a CPD requirement in hours, it would be really useful to have a field just to input the number of hours spent on a training activity. That way, it would appear as a separate column when they export their training records to csv so the time could be easily added up. It would be fantastic for us if this were added as a lot of our people have to complete a set number of hours training each year to retain accreditations etc.
