Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up every Idea and not every Idea will receive a reply.

Linked articles in Knowledge Base or multiple categories.
Knowledge Base
In documents it is possible to create "linked documents". I.e. the original document is placed in a folder. When, changes is made to the original it is apparent in all links.
This would be excellent in Knowledge base, either to be able to copy articles as links between several categories OR to be able to set multiple categories on an article.
