Auto Dropdown for 2nd sub level menu items

I am trying to build a 3 level menu bar. The 2nd sub menu level arrow needs to be manually clicked before the sub items are displayed which may not be intuitive to users. We prefer the sub items to be auto displayed in a similar fashion as the 2 level menu bar but perhaps horizontally to the right (->). Meaning 1st sub menu drops down and then the 2nd sub menu opens to the right. Even better if the 2nd sub menu can just auto expand when the 1st sub menu is selected.
