I also noticed that the reason you have duplicated the use of each trigger is that you want to send the email to two form fields at the same time, but the picker only allows one to be selected per rule
allowing multiple form fields to be selected in a rule.
Here is the comment i received from Hannah, As she was able to notice, i have 4 triggers but 8 emails to be sent ( 2 per trigger) i had to do 2 notification rule per trigger in order to send an email to 2 different form field email.
