Allow admin to select which InfoCapture projects are included in search results
General
We have several InfoCapture projects built that are available to Claromentis user; however not all InfoCapture records are relevant for global search results and tend to clutter the limited space for viewing results.
For example, we have an InfoCapture project for vehicle reservations and another InfoCapture project that stores department main, conference room and afterhours/emergency phone numbers. When using global search, vehicle reservation entries would be the least relevant results and the department number results would be the most relevant.
We have InfoCapture hidden from Search results currently to avoid this problem, but a better solution would be for the InfoCapture project admin to select which InfoCapture projects are included in global search results. Perhaps a checkbox on the InfoCapture project properties page?
