I see a real weakness in the platform when we want to set up a list of links quickly to pull items together than are the same topic or connected to the same process. I had to hand code a example for our fall prevention process. Its not a scalable solution for non coders.
There needs to be a widget where you can select documents, policies, buttons, knowledge base articles, etc together via point and click so non technicals can curate the list.
