Give form designers ability to predetermine the size/number of options visible in a multiselect field

Please give form designers ability to predetermine the size/number of options visible in a multiselect field so that a multiselect field can display all options at once.
As it stands now, only 4 options are fully visible at once when editing a ticket, and the form designer cannot change this setting. If a select list contains 8 options, for example, it is not possible to determine fully which options have been selected without scrolling the multiselect list.
Letting the form designer choose a predetermined size (perhaps terms of the number of select options visible at once?), would make for a better end user experience as the end user won't need to click into the multiselect list to see which options have been selected.
