Add Preferred Name option to greeting.

I just noticed there’s no option to use “preferred name” in the Greeting component, so people who prefer a name other than their legal name would still be greeted by their legal first name every time they log in. We sync to a separate directory for our People data, so any edits in the intranet itself would be overwritten by the information in the source directory (which does have a preferred name field).
