Add 'approved by' to booking details message
Room Booking
After a booking is confirmed and shows up as a green bar on the diagram, a user can click to review the details: date/time, purpose, status, room name, and booked by. My suggestion is to have status read, 'approved by XXX". If that's complex programming, add a new line to the details box 'approved by'. The value is that we've had a couple reservations approved but none of the approvers remember doing it and because of staff turnover. It would be helpful to see who confirmed the reservation. Thanks!
