Have Assigned to as a drop down list in the report filters

I have just found out that I need to enter a user id for the assign to field in a report. I wouldn't expect users to know their user id, so this means that it is not very user friendly for people to filter a report by who it is assigned to.
Please can you change it so that the assigned to field is a drop down list taken from the infocapture permissions (the same as you have in the advanced search section).
