Menu Builder: Sub Menu Expansion Not Intuitive

People are having issue with the way the second to third sub-menus opens.
Currently to get to the third menu item you: Hover over the top menu item. Second level submenu automatically appears. Hover over the second level submenu text and it does nothing. Instead you have to click a small "Greater Than" symbol to expand out its sub menus. That's not a very smooth way to navigate.
I would like it so you just hover over the text and submenu items automatically appear without have to click a symbol to expand it out.
