Allow scheduling of slider graphics

Slider: provide an opportunity to 'turn on' and 'turn off' slider graphics to allow for scheduling of important information/updates that are planned.
Example, we use the slider graphics to communicate deadlines for team nominations, report deadlines, etc. I know when I need these items to be live and when I want them down and scheduling the slider graphics, similar to announcements, would let me do that. The announcements are great but when individuals have seen the announcement they don't see it on each login if they dismiss it. Putting the info in a slider graphic on the homepage has helped me to keep that information in front of them so they remember.
