Customisation of orgchart layout and default display

Hello,
It would be handy to be able to customise how the orgchart renders the connections between managers and their reports. For some of our teams its preferred to have a more horizontal layout in order to see the connections clearer.
Additionally being able to set the default zoom would be useful. especially for larger groups where people want to get a slightly wider view.
Lastly and I think this may already be a request, the ability to manually add dotted line reports would be great.
