Our Product Owners will review your ideas monthly and you will be notified on any changes made to the status of your ideas. We will let you know personally once your idea has been scheduled.
Make sure you also vote on ideas that you want to see in the product, as we will take this into account when deciding on what ideas to implement.
If you have an immediate need for a feature please submit a Change Request instead.
Anchors and links
Knowledge Base
1. Headings are the primary link points in many articles and I find it cumbersome to have to add an anchor at every heading. Can you enable links to be pointed to headings as well as user defined anchors. This is a feature have used extensively in many other wikis.
2. Having to add "anchor" to the name of every anchor is annoying and seems unnecessary. The explanation as to why in the knowledge base article is not explanatory and the system should really handle issues like this itself.
3. Links to other areas of the site, e.g. other articles and categories should not require me to copy the URL: and then edit it to remove the domain. They should be part of the structured link system. When I add a link I want to choose if this is a link to a URL, another article, a category, some other part of the system, an anchor on the page or a URL.
