Assign Roles/Groups as power users
People
Allow users assigned to a specific role/group to be a power user over defined roles/groups.
When we have multiple people in charge of a team, we have to manually set each of them up as power users along with all the same settings, rather than just putting them in a role. Similarly, when a group leader leaves/changes, we have to manually replace them, instead of just giving someone else the same role.
