Ability to set hidden custom day types.

Currently the system has 'working days' as a hidden day type. There is no functionality to add custom day types to be hidden.
It would be ideal if we could create a custom day type then set it it to hidden. This will enable managers to view these custom day types. A use case for this would be configuring a sickness/absence custom day type that only managers and that specific user can see and no other team members can see this.
