Bulk update a field in Infocapture (with different values)

It would be good if you had the option to do a mass update of 1 or more fields, by supplying the ID columns and the Field(s) to be updated column(s).
Rather than having to do a export and re-import of data, as I have found this method prone to error.
It would be good if the ability to do this was permission based, so didn't have to be done by an admin.
