Disable entry drag-and-drop

Hello, could you please install feature to either allow an admin to disable entry drag-and-drop in Tree View, as it is all too easy to accidentally move and entry without confirmation of changes, causing unknown permissions changes. Also alternative idea could code in a "Confirm on drag and drop move" pop-up to prompt the user Yes/No if they want to move the entry or a "Save" button on the bottom the page that a user must click to acknowledge intentional changes are to be applied.
