Create an easier way to zoom in and out of the organizational chart feature like on Google maps

As some larger companies (100+ staff), may try to use the Org Chart feature, it can be challenging to view all of the employees within the organizational chart with how it is now.
If we could add a zoom in/out feature (similar to that of Google Map) in addition to the ability to scroll side to side to other employees it may make the OrgChart page far easier to use.
