Field condition sets testing if the value of two fields match

I suggest the ability to create a conditional statement that compares the value of two fields within a form (string vs string, int vs int), and ability to trigger an action based upon the results of the comparison. For example, if the name in a user list dropdown field matches value of a field with the auto-poplulated name of the submitter of the ticket, then perform a specific action (trigger a)... else perform a different action (trigger b).
