Our Product Owners will review your ideas monthly and you will be notified on any changes made to the status of your ideas. We will let you know personally once your idea has been scheduled.  
Make sure you also vote on ideas that you want to see in the product, as we will take this into account when deciding on what ideas to implement. 
If you have an immediate need for a feature please submit a Change Request instead.

Upload Order of Events
Events
It appears the order of events within the file upload process for updating Active Employees goes in order of Update existing, add new, delete/remove terminated.
With that order of events the adding of new employees could result in using all available license because the terminated have not be removed/deleted cause your end client to perform multiple uploads to remove/delete terminated employees first to make more license available for the new employees that are replacing the terminated.
Change the upload order of events to remove/delete terminated --> add new employees --> update existing.
