Dynamic values for select fields

When using select fields, and if there is a new category that is not included in the back-end as an option to select from it will require manual work to include that option in the back-end. It would be useful to be able to have dynamic values for specific select fields so that the form user can include a new option that will automatically be included in the back-end.

(Understand that you can create workaround i.e. have an option that is other then include a follow up metadata field to specify and send alerts based on this. However this workaround will also require more manual work than what would be needed with dynamic values
