Widget for Knowledge Base articles by tag in addition to category

Please make a widget that allows us to pull in Knowledge Base articles by tag. Right now, we can only pull in by category.

Use case: We have many "in charge" procedures that live in various categories - emergencies, accidents, opening procedures, etc. If I could tag them all "in charge," I could pull them into a box on a page for everyone who acts as an in charge person.
