Allow choice to export only users with "account state = yes"(enabled) and other curated lists.

As the people app is also a roster, I need the ability to export based on only selected criteria. The main one being "Enabled" users. As time goes on we will have increasing numbers of "disabled" accounts. I do not wish to export them every time. I would also like to be able to export lists based on those matching certain criteria, but "Enabled" is the "Must Have".
