Add infocapture note edited timestamp

If a note gets updated, right now it shows the timestamp the note initially posted. This can be confusing if you didn't know a note was modified. You can see the changes on the history tab, but not everyone has permissions to that. It would be nice to show an additional timestamp when it was modified.
Even better is if it could show a little "edited" link, like facebook,where you see the original entry when the link is clicked.
