Setting date range (without using plugin)

Ability to put constraint through date picker. Example : "only allowing the user to book off a week in the date field from Sunday-Saturday"

I guess, in order to do this, we have to consider the following:

1) We need to support front end validation in infocapture

2) We need to support date picker

3) We need to support restriction (choosing date)
